Today this body region is especially susceptible to exercise and looking after it. The highlighted regions are the knees, bones, and teeth.

A trip to the dentist/hygienist will also be helpful. Try to keep to dental appointments in intervals of around 6 months’ time, even if you don’t have discomfort. Again – prevention here is better than cure.
