Welcome to the new series –  Keep fit and healthy from head to toe

Over the coming months, I will add more information about this topic. I have even created symbols that show the featured body regions and will add them to the LWTM lifestyle calendar over the next month.

But first, let me introduce you to how it all started. The Babylonians were the first civilization that started to connect the patterns in the sky with practical applications. They created the zodiac cycle and named the various star constellations and these patterns are still in use today.

The moon travels around the earth in around 28 days and throughout this time it passes through the zodiac constellations and their unique energetic energies. Every energy is connected to a part of a body.

Hippocrates, the father of medicine,  already used this blueprint for his operations. This way of practicing medicine was used up to the 19th century when medical research took over.  Agreed, in the 21st century, I prefer modern medicine when it comes to critical operations. But, in my opinion, this old system is still rather useful and a great way to structure health programs that prevent disease and exercise routines.
