Throat, nose, mouth, neck
Today this body region is especially susceptible to exercise and looking after it. The highlighted region today is voice, mouth, neck and throat.
This is particularly important if you are a public speaker, teacher, presenter or anybody else working with their voice. Gargling with lukewarm sage tea can help to keep your voice in good shape. It is important that you don’t swallow the warm sage tea, but to spit it out. The idea is to get all the mucus or toxins out.
Another good way is to take a tablespoon full of coconut oil or any other good quality oil and keep it in your mouth for about 2 minutes. Move it around your mouth, squish it through your teeth to capture bacterias and clean them out when you spit the oil out. You could easily do this in the morning, whilst getting dressed.
Many people hold a lot of tension in the neck. Don’t wait until you are very rigid, prevent this with relaxing exercises and an occasional massage.
Avoid operations and medical procedures around the mouth, nose, throat and neck area.
