Today this body region is especially susceptible to exercise and looking after it.
Look after your voice, mouth, neck and throat. This is particularly important if you are a public speaker, teacher, presenter or anybody else working with their voice. Gargling with lukewarm sage tea can help to keep your voice in good shape.
Many people hold a lot of tension in the neck. Don’t wait until you are very rigid, prevent this with relaxing exercises and an occasional massage.
Avoid operations and medical procedures around the mouth, nose, throat and neck area.
