Today this body region is especially susceptible to exercise and looking after it. Today’s highlighted regions are the stomach, gallbladder, spleen, breast and liver.
This is quite a big topic area. Apart from the kidney, the liver and stomach absorb a lot of toxins and need to be occasionally cleaned out.
Try to limit your intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates. Instead opt for complex carbohydrates, like a wholesome bread with seeds, quinoa, organic cracked wheat with vegetable, etc. Definitely no fizzy, sugary drinks, sweets, white bread, danish bakery good and any sort of cake.
If you do crave anything sweet, have a ripe banana, mango slice or a piece of good quality dark chocolate.
To take it a step further, why not get a liver detox herbal tea. Fill a big thermos flask with this tea and sip it throughout the day.
