Step up your exercise regime
Exercise should be an almost daily activity. But today is a little nudge to either step up the intensity or just to keep looking at how you exercise and what you could improve.
Maybe you want to change things up a little, add a new form of exercise or new equipment. It is the conscious step of examining the method of the way you exercise. If you find it hard to get a regular program going, would it be better if you joined a class – these days that could be an online program.
Could you introduce some music, listen to an audio book or even meditate during your exercise to make it easier to do those squats or sit-ups.
