Start your Waning Moon Diet program

If you have followed our LWTM lifestyle program for a while you will have seen that we always advocate starting a diet program during the time of the Waning Moon.

As a quick reminder, you will see this symbol popping up with the arrival of the Gibbous Waning Moon and staying on until the later stages of the Waning Moon. You can then either ignore it or get ready for your 2-week program – the exact details of this program will be out soon.
You may be benefitting from a 10-hour feeding window and a 14-hour fast (you can only drink black tea/coffee, herbal tea, or water – nothing else!). During the 10-hour feeding window eat normally, but try to cut out the worst offenders
Alcohol, sweets, anything fried or overly processed, fizzy drinks – even the sugar-free ones, large amounts of carbohydrates, like potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, fruit juices, and desserts
I always advocate liquid fast days during the 4th Quarter and around the New Moon. A day you just eat soups and drink – so no solids. It can be quite tough at first, but over time your body will get used to it and you will have far more energy than before. Then have a 2-week break(the time of the Waxing and Full Moon) and try to stabilize your weight loss before embarking on another 14-day cycle.
Here is an article that tells you more about holistic weight management.
We are currently working on a detailed program that you can use in the future. But for now, you can follow a program of your own choice. Ideally, finish your program with a Liquid Fast Day at New Moon.
