Liquid fast day
Today is a good day for fasting. We call this ‘Liquid Fast Day’ when you try to eat as liquid as possible.
This could be stews, soups, smoothies or freshly squeezed juices. By the way, they all count as ‘food’. Drink a lot of water and herbal tea – both have zero calories.
Stay clear of black tea, coffee, fizzy and sugary drinks and of course anything alcoholic.
This will not be easy at first and be prepared not to last the whole day – that is normal. But over time your body will get used to it and it will become easier and easier.
A Liquid Fast Day is the ‘clean out day’ for your gut and ideally slot one in in the Waning Gibbous phase and around the New Moon.
