We all have times when we need to seek help and advice. It is important to recognise this and not to feel ashamed. Initially a family member, friend or even trusted work colleague can give us guidance and offer up a new perspective.
However, there are times when we need a bit extra help. This could be a qualified therapist, a self-help group or online course for a particular topic that we need help with.
