Hair cuts to encourage growth and stay in shape
If you have limp, slow-growing hair, I would recommend that you look out for this symbol. I had so many people get in touch over the years, saying that they will now only ever cut their hair on these dates and that they have managed to grow them much stronger and longer.
My additional tip: Fill a 500ml jar with boiling water and add 2-3 nettle tea bags. Leave to stand until it is tepid warm. Remove the tea bags and when you wash the hair rinse your hair with the nettle tea and massage it well into the scalp. Do this in a few batches until the nettle tea is finished. Make sure you massage your scalp well. Some people even experience a tiny tingling which is totally normal, as the nettle tea stimulates the hair root. Do not wash it out. Then cut your hair. If you go to a salon, I would wash the hair before going there (the evening before will do) and add the nettle tea treatment.
If you are worried about hair loss or thinning hair, repeat this with practical every wash.
